Closing Note & Acknowledgements
With the conclusion of my exhibition “Just a Wink” at the Quinta Magnólia Cultural Centre in Funchal, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this exhibition possible.
My sincere thanks go to Dr Miguel Albuquerque, President of the Regional Government of Madeira, for his support of the arts and for the honour of opening this exhibition. His commitment to cultural initiatives helps create meaningful spaces for artistic dialogue and international exchange.
I would also like to extend my warm thanks to Dr Gaspar Medeiros, Regional Director of Culture, for his valued support and presence.
My gratitude also goes to the dedicated team of the Quinta Magnólia Cultural Centre and the Regional Directorate of Culture, whose professionalism, generosity and commitment made it possible to present this exhibition in such an inspiring setting.
It has been a great pleasure and honour for me to present my work in Madeira and to meet so many interested visitors. The warm reception of my paintings and the many inspiring conversations will remain a very special memory.

Ingelore Kreienborg is an internationally recognised artist with exhibitions in New York, Switzerland, Spain and the United Arab Emirates, among others. Her works inspire a worldwide audience - through their colourful expressiveness, their narrative depth and their unique signature style.
Her art is lively, sensual and multi-layered. She tells little stories - sometimes poetically, sometimes with a twinkle in her eye - and invites us to take a closer look. Whether painting, mosaic, aluminium relief or figures: each work carries its own message, embedded in colour, form and feeling.
In the inspiring atmosphere of Quinta Magnólia - surrounded by the lush nature of Funchal - Ingelore Kreienborg's works have a surprisingly special effect.
Here, lightness and depth, art and nature meet in a lively dialogue.
